What could be more appropriate, when setting out to tackle the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, than to be able to actually stay in one of them?

The château-monastery de La Corroirie opens a door into the History of the Touraine. Come live at the pace as these historic buildings, comprising a church dating from 1208 in the Plantagenet style, fortifications, a prison, a drawbridge, etc., situated on a 150-hectare property. The current owners of the château-monastery de La Corroirie have also opened up a 5-hectare park devoted to biodiversity and to heritage vegetables.

Two rooms are available : The Seigneurial Room and the Monachal Room. In addition to your own private quarters, you will have the enjoyment of the Grand Drawing Room and its chimney (100 sq. m. appointed with antique furnishings) as well as the dining room. This warm, unique area is entirely reserved for our guests.

Located in the heart of one of France's most beautiful State-owned forests, the château-monastery de La Corroirie offers a preserved setting full of discoveries in the Touraine -- the Garden of France. From the Châteaux to gastronomy, via a botanical focus, there are a thousand and one reasons to come investigate this region's cultural heritage.

Less than 12 km from Loches (Royal Citadel listed as a "Plus Beaux Détours de France"), and 4.5 km from Montrésor (a "Plus Beaux Villages de France"), you are also close to Chenonceau, Amboise, the Beauval Zoo, Villandry, Chambord, Chevery, Blois, etc.

So... don't waste any time -- Book your holiday!
